About me

I started my career in Product more than 10 years ago, working across SaaS, marketplaces, and fintech. What drew me in from the start was the challenge of turning complex problems into simple, valuable solutions that users actually love.

Since then, I’ve led product teams at companies like Smily, Qwist, and Banco Santander, scaling platforms used by thousands of businesses and millions of customers. I’ve launched AI-powered features, from smart inboxes to predictive insights, that saved users hours daily. I’ve also embedded ProductOps practices that sped up delivery and cut churn, and I’ve helped transform organizations from feature factories into outcome-driven teams.

Most recently, I’ve taken on Head of Product and Interim CPO mandates, guiding startups and scale-ups through growth, culture shifts, and new revenue models. I enjoy working remotely with cross-functional teams spread across the world, building not just products but also the systems that make them sustainable.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about travel and creativity, from building side projects like digital nomad guides to exploring painting and photography. These projects keep me curious and remind me that great product thinking often comes from unexpected places.

My goal as a Product Leader is simple: help companies unlock growth through smarter products. Whether that’s AI innovation, product-led growth, or organisational change, I thrive where complexity meets opportunity.

Smily

At Smily (vacation rental SaaS), as Head of Product I transformed the company from a CEO-led feature factory into a product-led SaaS. I embedded continuous discovery, ProductOps, and analytics, scaled the product org, and launched AI-powered features that reduced churn and boosted adoption.

Found

At GetFound.io (HR tech startup), as Interim CPO I built and launched a no-code MVP (Webflow, Typeform, Make) for a reverse-recruitment platform. We validated product–market fit, onboarded 1,000+ users, and ran automated growth campaigns, fueling a CHF 2.2M fundraising round.

Qwist

At Finleap/Qwist (open banking fintech), as Lead Product Manager I led the Digibank team to launch two retail banking apps (B2B2C). I implemented a design system and worked on app modularity to make them scalable across enterprise clients.

At Banco Santander (global bank), as Senior Global Product Manager I coordinated teams in Spain and Mexico while reporting to San Francisco. I launched global APIs for onboarding, ID verification, and risk scoring, adopted by Santander entities in three countries.

At Wefox (insurtech unicorn), as Agile Product Owner I managed squads of 10+ engineers across Android, iOS, web, and backend. I launched an onboarding flow with ML-driven insurance recommendations that boosted conversion and sales, and built an internal MVP to improve lead qualification.

Skeepers

At Skeepers (influencer marketing SaaS), as International Product Manager I led the first market expansion into Spain. I adapted the marketplace via 500+ surveys and interviews, grew the unit to profitability, and created a playbook later reused for global rollouts.

YPlan

At YPlan (event discovery app), as Product Analyst I optimized app discovery and improved funnel metrics. I increased click-through and purchase conversion while boosting top-performing event sales in iOS and Android apps.

At Skimlinks (affiliate marketing SaaS), as Product Operations Manager I analyzed publisher and advertiser performance using SQL, Tableau, and Excel. I surfaced data insights that helped partners optimize affiliate revenue and overall monetization.

nomadplaces.org

NomadPlaces.org is a side project I built after noticing the same question in every nomad group: “Where can I work remotely today?” Instead of another blog list, I created a directory that pulls reviews via Apify, processes them with Python, and uses AI to extract the essentials—Wi-Fi quality, plugs, and noise levels. With Airtable as the backend and Softr for the frontend, I shipped a working MVP in weeks, showing how AI + no-code can turn a real community pain point into a live product.
